Yes - all of our baskets include a beautifully handwritten gift card with your personal message - at no extra cost.

Can you create gifts for parties?

Do you have a guarantee policy?
Alexandra’s Baskets guarantees that each gift basket ordered will be sent to arrive on time and will be in excellent condition. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason, you or the recipient are not completely happy with your order, simply call us and we will arrange for a replacement.

Do you ship chocolate in the summer months?
Between June & October we do not ship any items, including chocolate, that may be affected by extreme heat. If you would like a basket containing any of our gourmet chocolates during these months, we will only ship it via overnight service, using ice packs - at an additional cost. Otherwise, we will substitute with an item of equal value in your basket.

How do you ship your gift baskets?
We ship all of our gift baskets via Federal Express and all shipments are insured up to $100 against damage or loss. Additional shipping insurance is available, at a minimal cost. For local delivery, clients have the option to use our personal courier service. If you would like this option, please call us to place your order for accurate pricing.

Is my privacy protected?
Yes. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We will never provide your information to any vendors or other outside sources. In addition, your online order is completely secure.
